The Gym

Our new and luxurious gym spans 140 square meters, divided into separate fitness areas: aerobics, scale (scale bike, scale row, scale mill) and bikes (with a sofa and accessible equipment), a loaded plate machine, abdominal machines, stretching and free weight area.
Our professionally trained staff is always at your service, and will help you achieve your goals on the way to the body you’ve always dreamed of having.

The Gym

Our professionally trained staff is always at your service, and will help you achieve your goals on the way to the body you’ve always dreamed of having.

Our gym is equipped with innovative machines from the world’s leading companies (such as Technogym and Freecore), with over 100 training devices and 50 machines and benches. The aerobic machines are fitted with touch-screen TVs, cable, internet, YouTube and Netflix (connected with a private subscription).
Members are provided with towelettes and hand-purifying stations, air fresheners, water coolers, free wi-fi and a towel machine (for an extra fee).

Personal Training

Sun: 13:30 – 23:00
Mon – Thu: 06:00 – 23:00
Fri: 06:00 – 19:00
Sat: 08:30 – 18:30
*Showers and gym close 15 minutes after closing time!

Building a personal training program

Members of the gym are entitled to a free personal training program with a certified trainer. This includes:

  • Measuring parameters
  • Reviewing injuries and issues
  • Analysis of the member’s past activity and current goals
  • Defining goals according to the member’s aspirations
  • Building a weekly program including weights, studio classes, aerobic activity, swimming and stretching – based on the member’s goals
  • Putting the program in writing, and demonstrating and trying all exercises to ensure the member does them correctly
  • Scheduling a date for monitoring and update, and continued training accompanied by the staff
