A group volleyball game on the beach, with one team competing against the other. Lessons are conducted by a professional instructor who explains the rules and teaches skills and techniques. Running, moving and jumping barefoot on the beach requires a lot of energy and burns calories. This class is held in a fun summer atmosphere that is social and competitive.
This workout is built in stations with a variety of exercises that use the body’s weight. These anaerobic exercises work the muscles at high intensity for brief periods. This increases the pulse, and works on a variety of components of physical fitness – strength, speed, response time, endurance, flexibility and more.
